Happy Anniversary! This weekend will mark 4 years since the world of Arkesia launched in the early access window and many of our adventurers began their journeys. We wanted to give a quick follow-up on one issue we’ve been encountering since the update— the current block on Hell Keys. The issue is isolated to certain rewards in 1730 keys. We have removed the block on all other Hell Keys, but the block on 1730 keys will remain for the rest of the week, as we are targeting the weekly maintenance to fix the issue. We are going to give compensation to those that opened the 1730+ chests and didn't receive their rewards. The compensation will be equal to what the key would've provided in Gold, Honing Support, or Shards. We’re tracking a few other bugs after the update and are working on fixes for those as well. Thank you for your patience and support in the meantime.
It’s been an exceptionally fun week watching players progress with the new Guardianknight class, so we’ll leave you with a few fun facts for the first 48 hours post update.
