New Class: Guardianknight

82 KB
44 KB

The Guardianknight uses a catastrophic mix of halberd attacks and channeled Incarnation abilities that harness the power of fallen guardians; even granting the ability to partially take their form with a ferocious barrage of claws, wings, and scales.

Each successful attack will fill the Embereth Orb Gauge.

Once the gauge is fully charged, the sealed power of Embereth is released, allowing the Guardianknight to enter the Incarnation state. In the Incarnation state, she moves at incredible speed and gains even more devastating Incarnation Skills, empowering attacks with vastly increased destructive force to annihilate enemies.

Those ready to master Guardianknight can take on a Class Awakening Quest. There are also 16 new achievements, a new title, a new trophy, and a Training Room Guide.

  • If a character has already completed the world quests of an eligible continent but has not reached the required Item Level to enter the next continent, the gear set has been delivered to the Universal Storage.

Milestone Mission System

82 KB
44 KB

We're also introducing Milestone Missions. This streamlined system replaces Weekly Una's Tasks, Roster Missions, Mokoko Challenge, and previous Growth Missions. Growth Missions are divided into eight stages based on your Item Level and provide essential guidance up to Item Level 1700. Weekly Missions will reset every Wednesday and let you earn points that you can spend on growth-related rewards of your choice.

Milestone Missions

Milestone Missions are designed to guide and support core daily content and progression in Lost Ark.

  • Milestone Missions consist of Growth Missions and Weekly Missions, and are completed on a per-character basis.

  • Milestone Missions are unlocked upon completing the North Vern world quest “Ealyn’s Gift.”

  • The Milestone Mission UI can be accessed via the Milestone Mission button on the left side of the minimap.

Growth Missions

Growth Missions consist of daily content and guidance missions essential for character growth.

  • Growth Missions are divided into 8 stages, with available missions determined by the character’s Item Level.

  • Each stage includes repeatable missions and one-time missions. Repeatable missions can be completed up to 7 times.

  • Upon reaching the maximum Item Level for a stage, the next stage becomes available immediately, while rewards from the previous stage can still be claimed.

  • Growth Missions are available up to Item Level 1700 and will no longer be provided once that level is reached.

Weekly Missions

Weekly Missions consist of daily content tasks that reset on a weekly basis. You can earn weekly mission points automatically without accepting specific quests via mission goals.

  • Weekly Missions can be repeated and reset every Wednesday at 06:00.

  • Completing Weekly Missions grants Weekly Mission Points.

  • Up to 300 points can be earned per week, and up to 1,000 points can be held at once.

  • No additional points can be earned while holding the maximum of 1,000 points.

  • Weekly Mission Points can be spent in the Milestone Mission UI to select one of four growth-related rewards.

Additional Changes Related to Milestone Missions

The new milestone mission replaces the Weekly Una's Task, Roster Mission, Mokoko Challenge and previous Growth Missions.

  • Character-bound gold previously purchasable with Una’s Tokens from Weekly Roster Missions has been moved to Chaos Gate rewards.

  • The [Weekly] Una’s Task +1 item can now be dismantled to obtain 10 Una’s +1 Reward Selection Chests.

  • As a result, Una’s Task and Weekly Una’s Task entries have been removed from certain menus and UI.

  • Removed the training room.

Fourth Anniversary

We're celebrating four incredible years of Lost Ark! Matt and Roxx will be back in Arkesia on the anniversary event island. But we won’t be quite ready to kick off the party without some help from all of you. It wouldn’t be as meaningful of an anniversary celebration without everyone present, and when you arrive to greet us, you’ll find that we’re missing someone who seems to be caught up in their own adventures...

You'll be able to earn event coins and exchange them for exclusive rewards in the anniversary shop, and of course there will be more rewards and gifts to get as our way of thanking you for being part of this amazing community, so be on the lookout tomorrow in-game! The anniversary event will be available until March 11.

Event Powerpass

An Event South Rimeria Powerpass will be granted to all players and available until May 15. This Powerpass will drop you off in Elnead as if you’ve just completed the South Rimeria storyline, granting Item Level 1640 gear.

Challenge Express

Pairing well with the South Rimeria Event Powerpass, players can select a character between Item Level 1640 and 1701 (must be below 1701) to activate the Challenge Express event and receive progression boosts and valuable rewards, helping players level up their gear efficiently. Through challenge missions participants can earn valuable rewards, making it easier for both new and returning players to establish themselves in Arkesia.

This event is built to help players quickly reach 1700 with comprehensive rewards across a multitude of progression vectors and continue their journey into Lost Ark’s endgame. Along with a variety of progression rewards, the designated character will have the following honing support applied:

  • 1640 - 1660

    • Material Discount: 40%

    • Success Rate: +100%

    • Gold Reduction: 60%

    • Silver and Shard Reduction: 40%

    • Ancestor's Grace: +2

The event is split up with challenges and missions at various Item Levels. If a player completes every mission within a challenge bracket and starts the event below the Item Level associated with that challenge, they will earn a bonus chest with roster Bound Gold. If the starting Item Level of the character is over the bonus mission level, players cannot earn the bonus chest. The challenges are built to help players learn the new character they’re progressing, and include:

  • 1640: Echidna Challenge

  • 1660: Aegir Challenge

  • 1670: Brelshaza Challenge
