Join Community Manager Roxx for the June episode of Eye on Arkesia, where she'll discuss the plans for June 2024. This series covers game updates, new videos, and more, ensuring you stay informed about everything new in Lost Ark. The full release notes will drop on Tuesday, June 18. We're also excited to announce a new Echidna-themed community art contest, learn more below!

We’re excited to announce a special art contest for the upcoming Echidna Raid. Players will have the opportunity to create Echidna-themed loading screens that will be added into the game for several months during the summer, while Echidna is a featured endgame raid. Three winners will be selected. Learn about the prizes and requirements below, and make sure to join the Official Lost Ark Discord to check out the submissions!

Each of the three winners will be rewarded with:

  • Their artwork added to the game as a loading screen for several months to promote Echidna.

  • An exclusive in-game title: “Masterpiece Creator”.

  • 180 days of Crystalline Aura.

Submissions will be accepted from June 11, 2024 to June 28, 2024 in the Official Lost Ark Discord Server. You can find the full terms and conditions here.

Contestants must include the following for entries to qualify:

  • Player Information

    • In-game name, Server, and Region.

  • Artwork

    • Dimensions: 1920x1080px, 75 DPI or higher.

    • File format: JPG or PNG for entry and a PSD file will need to be provided by winners.

    • No key imagery in the bottom 25% of the image (covered by loading screen text in-game).

    • Proof of creation may be required (see Rule Requirements below)

Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG will partner to select three winners from the submissions. Before winners are announced, finalists may be asked to provide a proof of work to ensure no AI involvement or plagiarism, which could include:

  • A video file recording either the entire creation process or major processes (such as initial sketching, middle of the process, final process). The file can be sent as GIF or video format, or can be uploaded on YouTube and a link can be sent.

  • If a video file is unavailable, pictures/images of the creation process will be accepted, such as screenshots of the layers that show all work processes and the final outcome.

  • If a contestant does not submit adequate resources proving work, additional proof may be requested.

The three winners will be announced in early July, and added to the game later that month.

We’re excited to see what the Lost Ark community submits! Stay tuned for more details on the June update with the release notes and update arriving next week. In the meantime, we’ll see you in Arkesia.
