All Closed Technical Alpha gameplay footage is under NDA and cannot be shared at any time.
The Closed Technical Alpha will be available in North America and Europe.
The Closed Technical Alpha will feature English in both text and voiceover. For French, Spanish, and German, text will be available.
If you have been invited to the Closed Technical Alpha, you will recieve a Steam Key that can be redeemed through your Steam Library. If you need instructions for activating a key in Steam, please follow this link here for more information. Once your key is redeemed you should see "Lost Ark Closed Technical Alpha" in your Steam Library to download. From there, you should be able to log in and play during the duration of the Closed Technical Alpha.
The Closed Technical Alpha is confidential and under NDA, we do not permit the sharing, recording, or broadcasting of any Alpha content or gameplay. We do welcome your feedback on our official Alpha forums.
No, the Closed Technical Alpha is an early version of the game that is not meant to represent the game at launch. There will be changes to the game between Closed Technical Alpha and Launch that may completely change the nature of any footage you collect, and therefore would not be usable.
No, Closed Technical Alpha access does not guarantee Closed Beta access. If you are granted access to the Closed Beta, you will receive another Steam key and information on accessing the Closed Beta.
No, right now there are no plans to have Closed Technical Alpha characters carry over to Closed Beta or beyond.
