Rules and Systems

Time limit

You have 20 minutes to defeat the Guardian. If you don't succeed within this time, you'll fail the raid attempt.

Party resurrection

Your party can resurrect fallen members 3 times in total. If all resurrections are used and everyone dies, you'll fail the raid, but surviving members can continue.

Restrictions

You're not allowed to use most consumables for Guardian Raids, except for battle items and food. You can only change your equipment and skills at the Battle Workshop near the raid entrance. Prepare accordingly!

Guardian Habitat

Guardians appear randomly in their designated habitat and may move to new locations. Flare battle items can help you find them if they relocate.

Status Ailment Immunity

Guardians are immune to standard status effects, but they can be slowed or staggered under certain conditions or with specific mechanics.

Combat Elements

Look for opportunities to destroy weak points, fill stagger bars, and counter Guardian attacks. Understanding these mechanics will help you succeed.

Penalty for Leaving

If you leave the raid early, you'll receive the Guardian's Curse debuff, which temporarily prevents you from joining other Guardian Raids.

  • You can check your collection status at the top of the Guardian Raid Bulletin Board

Available rewards:

  • First Clear Reward: A special chest containing additional materials and accessories for your first successful completion

Rest Bonus points accumulate based on your unused completion counts. You'll earn an extra Guardian's Will when you have 20 or more Rest Bonus points (equivalent to 2 missed days) You can check your current Rest Bonus points on the Raid Bulletin Board. Trial Guardian Raids

These special raids feature Guardians with enhanced abilities compared to their regular counterparts. You must meet minimum item level requirements and clear the regular version first to participate.

Trial Guardian Raids work similarly to normal Guardian Raids, but you're only allowed to apply combat abilities through the 'Book of Coordination' (except for Hanumatan), and the Battle Workshop is only available before the battle starts.

The following raids have specific limitations as well:

  • Achates and Caliligos don't drop standard rewards but offer special achievements

  • Hanumatan has unique rules: You're not eligible for first kill or fastest clear time records. However, you will get a first clear reward the first time you complete it on Normal/Hard.
